Good information as we age. I used to sleep like the proverbial log until menopause hit. I had no clue how much of an effect hormones play in our bodies! Now, I wake briefly whenever changing position, but usually go right back to sleep. I cut out reading on my phone in bed and that has helped.

I don't think my sleep quality will ever be as good as it was, but it's better now, so I won't complain (too much.) :)

Who knew I'd need lessons on how to sleep at my stage of life after having had 2+ million hours of practice at the craft by now . . . .
