Just checking. If I do absolutely nothing by way of exercise save bringing a glass of wine to my parched lips, is it possible I'm still doing too much exercise?

Quite possible. For years my only regular exercise was the forklift.

This is great! Makes me feel good about lying around yesterday.

Great article Don, clever and very funny. I will add that the recommendations from cardiologists I work with are 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise per week. Meaning you are exercising in your target heart range. Good discussion to have with your cardiologist !

Sounds about right. Impressed that you're on the bike for 48 minutes six days a week. I am not that person but we all have to find our way amidst the demands of the body, the soul, the family, and the bottom line. Don't you sometimes wish you had more time to do not much of anything?
