Your work provides such useful information. I'd add re housemates that there needs to be a deep understanding between the parties about how much interaction each one wants. People want companionship, but they also want privacy. Oh...and Happy Anniversary!
Congrats on the 1st anniversary of The EndGame, Don! Must say, I've no idea who I would want to share the house with if the time actually came, but I've always thought I would like to rent rooms to students. But then I'm a recovering college professor, so I definitely wouldn't want hooligans under my roof. That rules out university administrators 😂

That is so true. The screening questionnaires I have seen cover that, among many other issues of potential friction.
What are some of the other hot topics? Cleanliness? Noise level?
Noise, early riser or late nighter, friends at the house, whose food - all the usual issues.
