Thank you for the encouragement. Your essay took me back to the summer of 1978 when I was fortunate to have a summer job with the Youth Conservation Corps. It was my favorite job from my teenage years, improving my mental and physical well-being while giving me a sense of purpose that was missing from my earlier job at Taco Bell. Now that I am retired, I plan to take your advice and seek out a volunteer community that can use my skills.

This is a terrific essay and manages to be uplifting in the face of such a dire situation. I'm amazed by how sober and well-informed you are about our collective future and how we can influence it.

I congratulate you on the meaningful initiative, I am an older woman activist, but I think that things should start from the community.

I find the socialization aspect important. Community is very important for all ages!

Environment design is one of the most important factors influencing behavior in our lives.

The constraint in our capital, Tirana isn't one that was intentionally designed by its inhabitants, but deliberate or not, it gives us an idea of how restrictions can direct and automate behavior.

The environmental design is the hidden force that guides much of human behavior. How difficult, in the Tirana, city of flowers, now ruined by the disastrous interventions of the local government.

The productive behavior change doesn’t come without a battle, but by supporting each other it can be done.

Much of what we attribute to luck is a product of environment forced by the serious incapacity of the leaders.
