ok so i'm listening to this podcast. all good thoughts. I think that if we could live to 120-150, if we get there, it will be over time. Just like back in the day people died at 40, and that was considered old, had kids at 13- that was normal. most likely people died from malnutrition, lack of dental care etc so as we become better through technology it makes sense that we'll live longer. the other thing - food supply. I heard on NPR a month or so ago about a new technology where you can have your beef without killing the cow.. eventually reducing cow emissions with less cattle, through almost cloning from their cells, meat, not a living animal, but meat. For me, if I could live stress free, no money needs, and without physical or mental pain, why not? Does a Utopia really exist?
