I'm 80. I've always been in shape and have always adjusted my exercises as I've grown older. I quit the Y during COVID and work out at home now. I walk about seven miles/day. (I'm retired so I have time) I no longer do pushups but work with ten pound weights.

I'm really glad that I've taken care of myself.

If you haven't exercised in a while, start taking a morning walk - every day before breakfast. Get a dog. He'll take you out for that walk.

I can so relate to this article. I live in a 55+ community and I often feel to fit for these old people activities…..but I am not. I keep trying to do more but trying isn’t enough. I need to get myself off my behind…..I know just walking isn’t enough. Thanks for the nudge.
